ITM Brothers' Home Searched by US Soldiers

A few hours ago the ITM brothers published a post about a search of their home by American soldiers. Many people are surprised by how hospitable Omar and Mohammed were, given that in the past there have been many reports of US soldiers breaking furniture while searching homes, and even Alaa the Mesopotamian has written about how common the breaking of furniture and theft (#6) have been during searches. I'm sure that many people would have laughed had the soldiers mistreated the ITM brothers and their guests, but that didn't happen. I guess it depends on which neighborhood is being searched, how the soldiers conduct the search, and how the occupants react when soldiers show up at the house. Imagine being an Iraqi hosting a party when US soldiers demand to search your house. What would you do?
