"The Muslim holy month of Ramadan, which rotates based on the lunar calendar, starts as early as Tuesday.
Politically-linked religious fervor tends to rise during the month, during which Muslims believe God revealed the Koran to the prophet Mohammad. Devout Muslims abstain from eating or drinking even water from sunrise to sundown to foster patience and humility.
With temperatures hovering around 120 degrees and severe electricity shortages, this Ramadan is expected to be particularly arduous for many Iraqis.
Efforts to form a government more than five months after Iraqis went to the polls have stalled over disagreements by the main political parties over who would be prime minister and little progress is expected until after Ramadan ends in September. Iraqi officials believe many of the recent attacks are aimed at discrediting the outgoing Iraqi government by showing they cannot control security."

Fears of al–Qaida return in Iraq as US–backed fighters defect
After the U.S. did the exact same thing, expect the U.S. to roundly condemn these payouts as monstrous and evil, in keeping with Assmerican hypocrisy.
No better time than the Islamic holy month to massacre innocent muslims, right Dolly? Better to kill every innocent in the world than to let one get away. Allah must be so proud of you.
[maury] "Better to kill every innocent in the world than to let one get away."
Huh?
The first minute I surfed to this The Top 12 Reasons To Burn A Quran On 9/11 Hub on Hubpages I convinced myself that Iraqi Mojo's viewers really should be able to comment on this link! http://hubpages.com/hub/The-12-Top-Reasons-To-Burn-A-Quran-On-911
Better to kill every innocent, than to let one "mushrik" get away. Dolly thinks someone who votes should be murdered, along with four generations of his or her family. The same Dolly who thinks the death penalty is savage and brutal. I won't suggest all these jihadi types are crackhead sociopaths, but Dolly certainly is.
Dolly is Bruno's friend.
Book burning is for Nazis.
